Psychological Symptoms of Anxiety Attacks

The psychological fear of dying, fear of going crazy or losing control (so as to do something irrational and embarrassing). Another psychological or emotional symptom is feeling detached from one’s surroundings (derealization) or a strange feeling of being outside one’s body observing (depersonalization). These are just a few of the several symptoms that can be present during a panic attack. Learning how to calm one’s self is an essential part of controlling panic attacks.
